How are you different to other Digital Marketing Company's?
Click Analysis is owned and run by Sue McCarthy. Having worked and owned Digital Marketing Agency businesses in the past, I got tired and, to be honest, disappointed with the industry overall! Working in large agency environments often means working with more clients than you should, therefore losing that personal touch or feeling you are not across your clients’ products or services as much as you would like to be. I believe when you are marketing a product or service, you should know that offering in-depth. In short, I now love what I do, a smaller boutique service offering where I am deeply connected with my clients and their business operations.
Do you have set contract periods?
No. None of my clients are locked into contracts.
Do you offer a Free Trial?
Unfortunately, no, I do not offer a free trial. However, I am happy to jump on a call or meet for a coffee to discuss your requirements in detail and see if we are a good fit. Given that there are no lock-in contracts, you are free to try my service and pause or stop your digital marketing activities with me at any time.
Do you work with all industries/businesses?
No, I do not. I have also been extremely grateful that I am not in a position where I need to ‘Hustle’ for clients. I do not work with my client’s competitors (some digital marketing providers offer services for set industries, I do not do this; after all, only 1 website can be No.1 for a specific search term)
I have also been known to turn down clients where the industry does not align with me ethically or where I feel I am not a good fit to market that type of product or service.

How do I know what Digital Marketing Channels are right for my business?
For some industries, it will be very clear what digital platforms are likely to work well for you.
However, competitor analysis and testing are key. Depending on your target audience, some digital marketing channels will stand out more. I am happy to discuss your specific marketing objectives with you at no cost. There is absolutely no obligation to work with me; however, I do set aside time each month to help small business owners who may need assistance in this area – Free of charge.
Can I do my own Digital Marketing for my business?
Yes, you certainly can! Your marketing budget, what platforms you want to target and your level of knowledge will be deciding factors here. There are always tasks and activities you can carry out to improve your digital presence. I have clients for whom I do some aspects of their digital marketing, e.g. Google Ads & SEO, and in our team effort to improve their business, I guide in-house staff or business owners on what they can do on Social Media, for example, to help achieve our overall goals.
